Job Description
Must Have Technical/Functional Skills- 5+ years of
experience in MDM, data development, or enterprise systems.
- 3+ years of
hands-on experience with Syndigo platforms.
- Strong expertise
in Customer, Product, and User Master Data domains.
- Experience supporting global, multi-region implementations
Roles & Responsibilities
- Design and
own end-to-end Syndigo MDM development covering Product, Customer, and
User/Customer Hierarchy domains.
- Define
multi-domain data models, golden records, and governance workflows.
- Manage User
Access Master Data including roles, permissions, and RBAC/ABAC models.
- Integrate
Syndigo with ERP (SAP), CRM (Salesforce), IAM platforms, and digital
channels.
- Ensure data
quality, security, compliance, and audit readiness.
- Act as
architectural authority and mentor delivery teams.
User Access & Security
Master Data
- Define user
profiles, roles, entitlements, and permissions.
- Integrate
Syndigo access controls with enterprise IAM solutions such as Azure AD,
Okta, and SSO.
- Enforce
Segregation of Duties and audit-ready access controls.
