Job Description
What You’ll Do• Prepare and clean datasets for analysis.
• Design data warehouses and data lakes.
• Ensure high-quality, reliable, and scalable data pipelines.
• Analyze structured and unstructured data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities.
• Develop statistical models to answer complex business questions and perform exploratory data analysis.
• Communicate findings through visualizations and executive-level presentations.
• Design, train, validate, and deploy machine learning models, including predictive, classification, recommendation, clustering, and anomaly-detection models.
• Develop Generative AI and Large Language Model (LLM) solutions where applicable.
• Evaluate model performance and continuously improve accuracy.
• Collaborate with Product Managers to identify AI opportunities.
• Work alongside software engineers to integrate ML models into production applications.
• Participate throughout the software development lifecycle.
• Monitor model performance, drift, and accuracy.
• Retrain models as new data becomes available.
• Maintain version control of datasets and models.
What You'll Bring
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in Data Science or Machine Learning, including building production machine learning systems.
• Experience with cloud platforms, particularly AWS (SageMaker, Bedrock, Lambda, ECS/EKS, S3, Redshift, Athena).
• Ability to frame ambiguous business questions as rigorous analyses and deliver production-ready models.
• Strong communication skills, including executive-level presentations and data visualization.
• Collaboration across product, engineering, data, and business teams to deliver AI-powered capabilities.
• Sound methodology, model evaluation, and continuous improvement of accuracy.
• Generative AI and Large Language Model (LLM) solution experience.
• Healthcare, procurement, or supply chain software experience.
• MLOps experience including monitoring, retraining, and model and dataset version control.
