Job Description

Skills and Experience Required

·         ·         10+ years of overall experience in architecting and building data and analytics solutions including data modeling, ETL/ELT pipelines and performance optimization.

·         Deep knowledge of Snowflake features such as virtual warehouses, micro-partitions, data sharing and security best practices.

·         Strong SQL skills for complex queries, stored procedures, and optimization; familiarity with Python or other scripting languages for automation.

·         Hands-on experience with Azure and/or AWS services (e.g., S3, Azure Data Lake, IAM, networking) for hybrid or multi-cloud architectures.

·         Expertise in implementing role-based access control, encryption, compliance standards and auditing within Snowflake and cloud environments.

·         Ability to optimize compute/storage costs, manage workloads, and tune queries for high performance.

·         SnowPro Core or Advanced Architect certification is a strong plus.

·         Ability to lead architecture discussions, mentor teams and collaborate with business and technical stakeholders

·         Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills

·         Experienced in working in a customer facing role

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain TM1 models for planning, budgeting, forecasting, and what‑if analysis
  • Build and optimize TM1 cubes, dimensions, hierarchies, and rules
  • Develop Turbo Integrator (TI) processes for data loading, transformation, and automation
  • Create Planning Analytics Workspace (PAW) dashboards, reports, and user interfaces
  • Support financial and operational planning cycles (budget, forecast, rolling forecasts)
  • Perform data validation, reconciliation, and performance tuning
  • Manage security, user roles, and access control within TM1
  • Collaborate with finance, business, and IT teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions
  • Troubleshoot production issues and provide ongoing application support
