Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the design, development, and deployment of scalable web applications using Node.js and React.js.
  • Architect and develop robust backend APIs and microservices.
  • Build responsive, high-performance frontend applications using React.js.
  • Lead a team of developers by providing technical guidance, code reviews, and mentoring.
  • Collaborate with product managers, architects, QA, and DevOps teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
  • Design and optimize databases and application performance.
  • Ensure code quality through best practices, unit testing, and CI/CD implementation.
  • Troubleshoot production issues and provide timely resolutions.
  • Participate in architecture discussions and technology decisions.
  • Drive Agile development practices and ensure timely project delivery.

Required Skills

  • 5–7 years of experience in Full Stack Development.
  • Strong hands-on experience with Node.js, Express.js, and React.js.
  • Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+) and TypeScript.
  • Experience in designing and developing RESTful APIs and microservices.
  • Good knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, Bootstrap, and responsive web development.
  • Strong understanding of state management (Redux/Context API).
  • Experience with relational and NoSQL databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, or similar.
  • Familiarity with Git and version control systems.
  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes.
  • Strong debugging, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Good to Have

  • Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
  • Knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes.
  • Experience with GraphQL.
  • Familiarity with message queues such as RabbitMQ or Kafka.
  • Exposure to automated testing frameworks like Jest, Cypress, or React Testing Library.
  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
