AI Engineer Agentic AI RAG Python Langchain OCR Docling LLM
Job Description
Key Responsibilities• System Architecture: Design and deploy production-ready RAG systems and Agentic AI workflows.
• Data Ingestion & Processing: Build robust pipelines to extract and process complex data using web crawlers, OCR technologies, and document parsing tools like Docling.
• LLM Integration: Develop and maintain applications using Python and Langchain.
• Agent Tooling: Implement and integrate tools using the Model Context Protocol (MCP) to expand agent capabilities.
• Evaluation & Optimization: Use Ragas to rigorously evaluate, benchmark, and improve the accuracy and relevance of LLM responses.
Requirements
• Programming: Strong proficiency in Python.
• AI Frameworks: Hands-on experience with Langchain and building Agentic AI systems.
• RAG Expertise: Deep understanding of RAG architectures, vector databases, and semantic search.
• Document Processing: Experience extracting structured data from unstructured sources using OCR, Docling, and web crawlers.
• Testing & Ops: Experience with LLM evaluation frameworks (specifically Ragas) and prompt engineering.
• Mindset: Ability to thrive in a greenfield environment, guiding the team's technical direction as we establish our AI footprint.
