Job Description

Key Responsibilities
• Set up and configure the Claude AI development environment, frameworks, and integration architecture.
• Design, develop, test, and deploy end-to-end applications leveraging Claude AI capabilities.
• Build reusable components, prompts, agents, workflows, and integrations with enterprise systems.
• Establish development standards, security guidelines, and coding best practices for Claude-based solutions.
• Collaborate with business, architecture, and development teams to translate requirements into AI-driven solutions.
• Mentor team members and support capability building across projects.

Required Skills
• Experience developing applications using Claude AI/LLM platforms.
• Strong proficiency in Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, .NET, APIs, and Microservices.
• Hands-on experience with AI agents, prompt engineering, RAG, MCP, vector databases, and AI orchestration frameworks.
• Experience integrating AI solutions with enterprise applications and cloud platforms.
• Knowledge of DevOps, CI/CD, security, and scalable application architecture.

Preferred Qualifications
• Experience defining enterprise AI development standards and frameworks.
• Exposure to Azure AI, OpenAI, Anthropic Claude, and Agentic AI solutions.
• Strong stakeholder communication and solution design capabilities.
