Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Lead the design, development, and deployment of scalable AI-powered applications using Python, Large Language Models (LLMs), Agentic AI frameworks, and Cloud Technologies.
  • Design and implement multi-agent systems, including agent orchestration, reasoning, planning loops, memory management, and workflow automation.
  • Drive the technical roadmap for Generative AI and Agentic AI initiatives, ensuring alignment with business objectives and enterprise architecture standards.
  • Provide technical leadership and hands-on guidance to development teams across the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
  • Design and build highly available, secure, and low-latency cloud-native applications leveraging Azure and modern cloud services.
  • Collaborate with Product Owners, Business Analysts, Architects, and cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
  • Lead API architecture, integration, and optimization efforts using FastAPI, RESTful services, and event-driven architectures.
  • Establish engineering best practices, including code reviews, CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, DevSecOps, and quality governance.
  • Drive performance optimization, observability, reliability, scalability, and operational excellence across AI platforms and services.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify, prioritize, and deliver high-impact AI use cases and transformation initiatives.

Must have

  • Strong expertise in Python, object-oriented programming, distributed systems, and software design patterns.
  • Hands-on experience designing and implementing Generative AI, Agentic AI, and LLM-based solutions in enterprise environments.
  • Deep understanding of Agent Orchestration, Reasoning & Planning frameworks, memory management, tool calling, and autonomous workflows.
  • Experience with Agentic AI frameworks such as Azure AI Foundry, LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen, Semantic Kernel, or similar technologies.
  • Experience in RAG and vector search: embeddings, chunking strategies, hybrid search, reranking (any of pgvector, Pinecone, Weaviate, OpenSearch, or warehouse-native vector functions)
  • Strong knowledge of LLM fine-tuning, prompt engineering, model evaluation, RAG architectures, vector databases, and semantic search.
  • Experience designing cloud-native solutions on Microsoft Azure, including AI, data, security, and integration services.
  • Proficiency in API development and integration using FastAPI, REST APIs, microservices, and asynchronous architectures.
  • Hands-on experience with DevOps/MLOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure automation, and containerization technologies.
  • Experience with testing frameworks and code quality tools such as PyTest, SonarQube, code coverage, and automated quality gates.
