Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and deploy conversational chatbots using AI and ML.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements and develop solutions.
  • Develop and maintain large-scale chatbot architectures and systems.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to chatbot development.
  • Conduct research and stay updated on the latest trends and technologies in AI and ML.
  • Implement automated testing and deployment scripts for efficient workflow.

 

Requirements

  • Experience: 10+ years of hands-on experience in designing and implementing chat bots for ecommerce sites
  • Technical Stack:
    • Next.js / TypeScript – UI
    • FastAPI / Python – Service Layer
    • Azure OpenAI GPT-5.4-mini-dev – LLM, Chat completion, reasoning, tool selection
    • Azure OpenAI text-embedding-3-large – Embeddings, Category/product/knowledge vectorization
    • Azure AI Search - Product/category/knowledge retrieval
    • Azure Redis – Cache, Rate limiting, live config, response caching, Relevancy re-ranking of search results
    • Java / Spring Boot + MongoDB - Chat History
    • Bazaarvoice API – Integration to fetch reviews, Q&A
    • NewRelic and Grafana - Monitoring
    • GitHub Actions - CI/CD
    • Terraform - IaC
    • Apache Kafka - Event Streaming
