•        Responsive website implementation

•        Working within established production, staging and development environments

•        Basic website security and vulnerability-remediation practices

1. Website Page Implementation

•        Implement page designs provided by the ABQ design team

•        Convert approved designs into responsive WordPress pages

•        Update existing pages based on Marketing and business-unit requirements

•        Make changes to text, images, layouts, forms, navigation and page components

•        Ensure that pages are compatible across commonly used browsers and devices

•        Support rapid website edits for eccouncil.org

•        Support EC-Council University website changes, wherever technically feasible and approved

2.Deliverables

The resource will be expected to provide:

•        Completed website pages and approved website changes

•        Weekly work-status report

•        Request tracker containing the request owner, description, priority, status and completion date

•        List of plugins reviewed, updated, removed or recommended for replacement

•        Website hygiene and technical-debt tracker

•        Documentation of material configuration or code changes

•        Monthly summary of completed work, pending requests, risks and recommendations

2.       Service Expectations

·        Acknowledge assigned requests within one business day

·        Target completion of standard page-edit requests within three business days after receiving complete and approved content and design inputs

·        Provide an estimated timeline for complex requests

·        Perform changes in the staging environment before production deployment, wherever applicable

·        Obtain approval before making material production changes

·        Follow EC-Council’s security, access-control, change-management and confidentiality requirements
