Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Senior Data Engineer to build and scale next-generation data platforms supporting Unmanned Aerial Vehicles (UAVs) throughout their lifecycle. The candidate will design and implement robust data pipelines that transform large volumes of flight, telemetry, maintenance, and sensor data into actionable insights for:

  • UAV Performance Monitoring (for development and certification activity)
  • Fleet Management
  • Predictive Maintenance
  • Health Monitoring
  • AI/ML Model Development
  • Digital Twin

·         Continued Airworthiness

  • The role involves working closely with aerospace engineers, software developers, AI/ML engineers, certification specialists, and customers to build enterprise-grade analytics solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Candidate expected to learn UAV architecture and Performance characteristics.
  • Python and Pyspark based   Performance analysis logics development

·         Design scalable cloud-based UAV data platforms.

  • Build high-performance ETL/ELT pipelines.
  • Develop real-time and batch data ingestion frameworks.
  • Process telemetry from multiple UAV platforms.
  • Manage structured, semi-structured, and time-series datasets.

Skills:

·         Good Knowhow of UAV General Architecture

·         Working knowhow of auto-Flight Controller PX4, ArduPilot, ROS and QGIS

·         Cloud & Big Data

Develop cloud-native architectures using:

·         AWS

·         Azure

·         Google Cloud

Implement

·         Data Lakes

·         Data Warehouses

·         Lakehouse Architecture
