Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute placement strategies to achieve employment and salary targets.
  • Manage the complete placement lifecycle from employer outreach and job mapping to interviews, offer closure, and onboarding.
  • Build and maintain relationships with corporates, startups, GCCs, SMEs, and industry partners.
  • Organize hiring drives, job fairs, internships, apprenticeships, and industry engagement programs.
  • Align candidate skills with emerging technology and industry roles.
  • Track placement KPIs, maintain MIS dashboards, and prepare management reports.
  • Lead, mentor, and manage the placement team.
  • Collaborate with training and operations teams for industry demand–candidate supply alignment.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Graduate/Postgraduate in Engineering, Management, Computer Science, Education, Data Science, or a related field.
  • 7–10 years of experience in placement management, employer engagement, workforce development, or technology hiring.
  • Experience in AI, Data Science, Digital Economy, Skill Development, CSR, or government-funded programs will be preferred.
  • Strong communication, stakeholder management, negotiation, leadership, and target-oriented skills.
