Job Description

Key Responsibilities

1. CSPM Monitoring & Security Reporting

• Continuously monitor the AWS environment using CSPM solutions (Wiz or Palo Alto Prisma Cloud ).
• Analyze security findings, misconfigurations, compliance drift, and threat alerts across AWS infrastructure.
• Prepare comprehensive, executive and technical security posture reports detailing vulnerabilities, severity rankings, and root causes.

2. Remediation & AWS Team Collaboration

• Work closely alongside the internal AWS cloud operations/engineering teams to plan and execute technical remediations.
• Provide actionable, step-by-step guidance on fixing AWS misconfigurations (e.g., IAM policies, S3 bucket permissions, Security Group rules, KMS encryption, network segmentation).
• Validate applied fixes to verify that security risks are effectively neutralized.

3. Customer Governance & Closure Tracking

• Track vulnerability lifecycles from initial discovery through to verified remediation.
• Prepare closure documentation and present regular security status updates directly to customers/stakeholders.
• Maintain SLA metrics for issue resolution and ensure alignment with client security compliance requirements.
