Job Description
Primary Responsibilities
·
Perform end-to-end configuration and maintenance
of WFS Time & Attendance.
·
Analyze and translate business requirements into
system configurations aligned with pay rules, schedules, accruals, and
compliance.
·
Coordinate system releases, regression testing,
validation cycles, and updates to configuration or documentation.
·
Identify process improvements and automation
opportunities within WFS workflows.
·
Create and maintain functional documentation and
SOPs.
·
Train HR teams, supervisors, and end users on
new functionalities and best practices.
Must-Have Technical Requirements
·
3–5+ years of hands-on experience configuring
and supporting WorkForce Software.
·
WorkForce Software Certifications: PT102, PT120,
PT125.
·
SQL or Oracle experience for data queries,
troubleshooting, reports, and validation.
·
Experience with WFS scripts (creation,
modification, debugging).
·
Expertise in policy profiles, policy sets, pay codes,
exceptions, complex premiums rules & TCP, banks, accruals, holidays, labor
distribution, work rules, combination rules, schedules, time off requests,
In/Out policy, rounding & gracing, etc
·
Experience with integrations (Scripts, API, flat
files, SFTP).
·
Ability to execute testing and validation for
system changes.
