Job Description:

1. Responsible for the end-to-end (0-to-1) construction, implementation, and O&M of the company's campus network;

2. Manage various operational changes and handle emergency fault responses;

3. Plan and design network architecture based on business requirements;

4. Oversee data center server room construction and low-voltage system infrastructure;

5. Prior experience in management is a plus; assist with organizational management to drive efficiency and empowerment.

Requirements:

6.Assist with compliance activities—such as client audits, external regulatory audits, and emergency drills—by compiling safety documentation and rectifying identified safety issues to ensure the company meets compliance requirements.

1. Full-time Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Electronic Communications, or related fields;

2. Strong interest in and commitment to a career in network architecture, low-voltage infrastructure, and related operational fields;

3. Excellent communication skills, ability to work under high pressure, and a self-driven attitude toward continuous learning;

4. Proactive mindset with a strong "big picture" perspective and a service-oriented approach to O&M;

5. Deep expertise and insight into IT infrastructure—including systems, networks, cybersecurity, low-voltage systems, and desktop support—with specialized, high-level proficiency in at least one of these areas;

6. CCIE or MCSE certification preferred;

7. Team management experience preferred;

8. Experience with overseas projects or projects for Tier-A clients preferred;

9. Language proficiency: Candidates with strong spoken English skills are preferred.
