·         Strong knowledge of US Federal (1040) and State Tax Preparation, including taxpayer query resolution.

·         Valid PTIN (Preparer Tax Identification Number) with authorization to sign tax returns.

·         Proven experience working with and managing US stakeholders/customers.

·         Ability to explain tax concepts clearly and provide effective support in a client-facing environment.
