Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Define and implement DevOps strategies and best practices across application and platform teams.
  • Design and implement scalable CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps and related tools.
  • Architect and manage containerized workloads using Docker and Kubernetes.
  • Design, deploy, and manage Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS) environments.
  • Contribute to the design and implementation of Azure Landing Zones.
  • Establish DevOps standards for source control, branching, build, release, deployment, and environment management.
  • Implement DevSecOps practices, integrating security checks into CI/CD pipelines.
  • Work closely with development, QA, security, infrastructure, and architecture teams.
  • Implement monitoring, logging, alerting, and operational best practices for cloud workloads.
  • Identify opportunities for automation and infrastructure optimization.
  • Drive Azure cost optimization through resource utilization, scaling, governance, and operational improvements.
  • Establish standards around infrastructure as code and configuration management.
  • Lead and mentor DevOps engineers and provide technical guidance on complex implementations.
  • Participate in architecture reviews and contribute to enterprise technology decisions.
  • Ensure solutions meet requirements for scalability, availability, security, and performance.

    • Mandatory Skills

    • 8–12 years of experience in DevOps / Cloud / Infrastructure Engineering.
    • Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure.
    • Strong experience with Azure DevOps and CI/CD pipeline architecture.
    • Strong experience with Kubernetes and AKS.
    • Experience designing and implementing Azure Landing Zones.
    • Strong understanding of DevOps strategy and CI/CD architecture.
    • Experience with Infrastructure as Code, preferably Terraform or Bicep/ARM.
    • Strong understanding of cloud security and DevSecOps practices.
    • Experience with containerization using Docker.
    • Experience with monitoring, logging, and cloud operational practices.
    • Experience in team leadership and technical mentoring
  • Strong understanding of Azure networking, identity, access management, and governance.
  • Experience in Azure cost optimization.

  • Troubleshoot complex deployment, infrastructure, networking, and pipeline issues.
