Job Description

Key Responsibilities 
 • Design end-to-end ServiceNow solution architecture for enterprise customers. 
 • Lead architecture discussions and recommend best practices for ServiceNow implementations. 
 • Work closely with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into scalable solutions. 
 • Provide technical leadership throughout implementation and platform enhancement projects. 
 • Define integration architecture with enterprise applications using REST, SOAP, IntegrationHub, and MID Server. 
 • Ensure platform scalability, security, governance, and performance. 
 • Review technical designs and mentor development teams. 
 • Drive ServiceNow platform upgrades, enhancements, and architecture governance. 
 Mandatory Skills 
 • 8+ years of overall ServiceNow experience. 
 • Hands-on experience as a ServiceNow Architect or Solution Architect. 
 • Strong architecture and implementation experience in ITSM. 
 • Hands-on experience in at least 3 or more of the following ServiceNow modules: 
 o ITOM 
 o HRSD 
 o FSO (Financial Services Operations) 
 o IRM / GRC
 o ITAM 
 o SecOps 
 • Experience designing enterprise-level ServiceNow solutions. 
 • Strong understanding of CMDB, CSDM, IntegrationHub, Flow Designer, and Service Catalog. 
 • Experience integrating ServiceNow with third-party applications using REST APIs, SOAP, MID Server, or IntegrationHub. 
 • Strong stakeholder management and solution design experience.
