Job Description

Role Purpose:
Drive and validate end-to-end application and infrastructure performance throughout all phases of the Azure-to-AWS migration. Ensure sub-250ms/sub-500ms latency SLAs are met for critical transactional and partner-facing paths. Owns empirical performance benchmarking, test design, and cutover readiness validation.

 

Performance Tuning engineer with good knowledge of AWS stack.

 

Requires skills:

  • 5+ years in performance engineering of cloud-native and container-based (Kubernetes/ECS) systems.
  • Expertise with Node.js/JavaScript-based distributed systems.
  • Proven experience in developing automated tests for load, latency, throughput in AWS and Azure.
  • Hands-on experience with tools like JMeter, k6, LoadRunner, CloudWatch, Sumo Logic, and distributed tracing tools.
  • Strong analytical/problem-solving and benchmarking skills.
