Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead and manage Government DC/DR (Data Center/Disaster Recovery) projects. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in managing end-to-end IT infrastructure projects, with expertise in CAD, VTS, Cloud technologies, and stakeholder management.

Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end execution of Government DC/DR infrastructure projects.

Plan, monitor, and control project scope, schedule, budget, and quality.

Coordinate with customers, government departments, OEMs, vendors, and internal teams.

Ensure timely delivery of project milestones while maintaining compliance with contractual requirements.

Manage project documentation, risk registers, change requests, and reporting.

Lead project meetings and provide regular status updates to stakeholders.

Coordinate deployment of Data Center, Disaster Recovery, Cloud, CAD, and VTS solutions.

Identify and mitigate project risks and issues proactively.

Ensure adherence to project governance, quality standards, and security policies.

Support project closure, handover, and post-implementation activities.

Required Skills & Experience

4+ years of experience as a Project Manager in IT Infrastructure/System Integration projects.

Experience managing Government projects is mandatory.

Strong understanding of Data Center (DC) and Disaster Recovery (DR) environments.

Experience in Cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, or GCP).

Knowledge of CAD (Computer-Aided Dispatch) and VTS (Vehicle Tracking System) implementations.

Experience in project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and resource management.

Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Familiarity with project management methodologies such as Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid.

Experience working with multiple vendors and cross-functional teams.

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, IT, or a related field.

PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile/Scrum certification is preferred.

Experience with Government tender-based or System Integration projects is an added advantage.
