Job Description

Mandatory Skills:

  • Apex, SOQL, SOSL, Visualforce, Aura Components, Lightning Web Components (LWC)
  • Salesforce Experience Cloud (2+ years)
  • Batch Apex, Queueable Apex, Scheduled Apex, Platform Events, Change Data Capture
  • Salesforce APIs and third-party integrations (REST/SOAP)
  • Data migration tools — Data Loader / Workbench
  • Strong understanding of Governor Limits, Order of Execution, Data Model, and Sharing/Security Model
  • Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I (mandatory)
  • Active Salesforce Trailhead profile link

Good-to-Have Skills:

  • Salesforce Certified Platform Developer II
  • Dell Boomi middleware integration experience
  • AWS experience
  • CI/CD and version control for Salesforce release management
  • JavaScript frameworks, Bootstrap (front-end)
  • JIRA, Confluence, Agile methodologies
  • Nonprofit-focused Salesforce solutions (Nimble User, Fonteva Membership, CloudByz)
  • Prior experience with nonprofit/mission-driven organizations
