Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, implement, manage, and support enterprise LAN, WAN, and WLAN environments
  • Configure and administer Cisco Meraki (MX, MS, MR) devices using the Meraki Dashboard
  • Manage and troubleshoot Cisco Catalyst switches (9300/9400/9500 or similar)
  • Administer MPLS connectivity, routing, and failover mechanisms
  • Configure, monitor, and troubleshoot Cisco Firepower Threat Defense (FTD) firewalls
  • Provide network support for Genesys Call Center (Cloud), including connectivity, QoS, and call quality troubleshooting
  • Support and maintain Video Conferencing (VC) platforms (Cisco Webex, Teams, Polycom )
  • Monitor network performance and proactively identify and resolve issues
  • Implement network security best practices, firewall rules, and access policies
  • Coordinate with ISPs, vendors, and service providers for circuit and issue management
  • Perform network documentation, diagrams, and standard operating procedures (SOPs)
  • Participate in change management, incident management, and DR activities
  • Provide L2/L3 network support and participate in on-call rotation when required

Required Technical Skills

  • Strong hands-on experience with Cisco Meraki (MX, MS, MR)
  • In-depth knowledge of Cisco Catalyst switching
  • Experience managing Cisco FTD firewalls (policies, NAT, VPN, IPS, AnyConnect)
  • Solid understanding of MPLS WAN architecture and routing protocols
  • Practical experience supporting Genesys Call Center environments
  • Knowledge of Video Conferencing (VC) systems and network requirements
  • Good understanding of TCP/IP, VLANs, STP, OSPF, BGP, QoS, and VPNs
  • Experience with network monitoring and troubleshooting tools

Preferred Skills (Good to Have)

  • Experience with SD-WAN (Meraki SD-WAN preferred)
  • Exposure to cloud networking (AWS / Azure connectivity)
  • Knowledge of Cisco AnyConnect VPN
  • ITIL process awareness

Certifications (Preferred)

  • Cisco CCNA / CCNP
  • Meraki certifications
  • Cisco Security (FTD / Firepower) certification
