QUALIFICATION & SKILLSET
Core QA & Automation
• 4-7 years in QA with strong hands-on automation experience
• Hands-on expertise in: ▪ UI automation (Selenium, Cypress, Playwright)
 ▪ API testing (Postman, REST Assured, etc.)
• Working programming skills (Java, Python, or JavaScript)
• Experience integrating automation into CI/CD pipelines
GenAI in QA (Strong Plus)
• Practical, hands-on experience using GenAI tools for testing workflows
• Ability to generate and refine test cases using LLMs
• Understanding of how AI improves speed, coverage, and efficiency in QA
Jira & Process
• Solid working knowledge of Jira workflows, dashboards, and reporting
• Good understanding of Agile/Scrum QA processes
 Performance & Systems Understanding
• Working exposure to performance testing tools (JMeter, k6, etc.)
• Good understanding of backend systems, APIs, and databases
