Job Description
• Minimum 3+ years of experience in IT Helpdesk, Desktop Support, or Technical Support roles. • Strong troubleshooting skills across hardware, software, and networking environments.
• Hands-on experience supporting Windows and macOS operating systems.
• Good knowledge of:
o Microsoft Windows 10/11
o Microsoft 365 (Office 365)
o Active Directory
• Experience supporting mobile devices, particularly iOS.
• Familiarity with Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI) environments.
• Experience with IT Service Management tools such as:
o ServiceNow
o Remedy
o Other Helpdesk/Ticketing platforms
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to effectively engage with stakeholders and deliver excellent customer service.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities.
