Job Description
Key Responsibilities• Understand business and functional requirements for healthcare applications (e.g., provider portals, patient apps, claims, eligibility, EHR/EMR integrations)
• Design, write, and maintain clear and traceable test cases, test scenarios, and test data aligned to requirements and user stories.
• Execute functional, system, integration, regression, and UAT testing for web applications and APIs in agile sprints
• Log, track, and validate defects in the bug tracking tool with clear steps, screenshots, and impact analysis.
• Participate in requirement reviews, sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives as part of cross-functional agile teams.
• Collaborate with developers, product owners, and business analysts to clarify requirements and ensure testability.careers.
• Contribute to test planning, estimation, and test closure activities, including test summary reports.
• (Plus) Build and maintain automated UI test scripts using Playwright
(TypeScript/JavaScript) for critical regression suites.

• Ensure adherence to healthcare-specific quality, privacy, and compliance considerations (e.g., handling PHI, auditability, traceability).

Must-Have Skills & Experience
• 2–5 years of overall software testing experience (manual + some automation).
• Healthcare domain experience (at least 1–2 years) in areas such as: o US/India healthcare, payer/provider systems, claims, eligibility, benefits, or EHR/EMR.testrigor+2
o Understanding of HIPAA / data privacy concepts and working with sensitive health data is preferred.
• Strong understanding of: o SDLC, STLC, Agile/Scrum, defect management, and test documentation.
o Test case design techniques (positive/negative, boundary, error guessing, etc.).
• Hands-on experience with:
o Writing and executing manual test cases for web applications.
o API testing tools (e.g., Postman) and basic validation of REST APIs.careers.
o Bug tracking and test management tools (e.g., Jira, Azure DevOps, TestRail, or similar).jobsoid
• Good analytical, communication, and documentation skills; ability to work with US/UK stakeholders if needed.
