Required Qualifications:

• Demonstrated experience as a Business Analyst within the Travel & Tourism industry

• Solid understanding of business analysis, process improvement, and quality assurance methodologies.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel

• Familiarity with data visualization and monitoring tools such as Kibana, Metabase, or similar platforms.

• Basic understanding of API Hotel connectivity

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
