Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Python Backend Developer with strong expertise in server-side development, REST APIs, database management, and system integration.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain backend services using Python and REST APIs.

• Design, optimise, and manage MySQL and NoSQL databases.

• Integrate APIs with local repositories and DSpace.

• Implement security, authentication, and authorisation mechanisms.

• Develop duplicate result reduction and similarity scoring functionalities.

• Troubleshoot issues, optimise performance, and ensure scalable, secure, and reliable applications.
