Job Description

Requirements:

●      Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.

●      Experience: 8+ years in enterprise software delivery, including 3+ years in solution or integration architecture.

●      Proven hands-on experience designing and delivering Conversational AI solutions in production.

●      Strong hands-on proficiency in Java and Spring Boot, required for all client-facing and backend work.

●      Strong hands-on proficiency in Python, required for all AI and MLOps work.

●      Hands-on experience architecting on AWS with DynamoDB and PostgreSQL; working familiarity with React-based frontends.

●      Experience integrating LLMs (e.g., OpenAI) and Voice AI platforms (e.g., ElevenLabs) into production systems.

●      Experience designing multimodal (voice, text, digital) and multithreaded/concurrent systems.

●      Deep experience with APIs, event-driven integration, identity, cloud architecture, data design and production operations.

●      Strong command of security patterns, environment strategy and non-functional requirements across enterprise deployments.

●      Ability to lead customer workshops and explain complex decisions to executives and engineers.

●      Track record designing systems that moved successfully from discovery into production.
