Looking for a strong ServiceNow Platform Architect with deep expertise in end-to-end platform design, multi-module implementations, and governance, driving scalable and standardized ServiceNow solutions.
 Mandatory Skills 10+ years IT experience with 7+ years in ServiceNow Strong expertise across multiple ServiceNow modules (ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, ITAM/SecOps preferred)
Proven experience in end-to-end ServiceNow architecture and large-scale implementations
Strong hands-on in: Platform design, solution architecture, and data model design (CSDM) Integration architectures (REST/SOAP, IntegrationHub, MID Server)
Strong development background: JavaScript, Glide API, Script Includes, Business Rules
Experience in: CMDB design, governance, and data models Release management, instance strategy, and platform upgrades Good understanding of: ITIL processes and enterprise architecture practices
Key Responsibilities Define and drive overall ServiceNow platform architecture Design scalable, reusable, and governed solutions across modules Lead multi-module implementations and integrations Define CMDB/CSDM strategy and data governance models Establish best practices for development, release, and platform standards Provide technical leadership and architecture governance across teams Support design reviews, critical issue resolution, and upgrades
Certifications CSA – Mandatory CIS (any module) – Preferred CTA / CAD – Good to have Critical Screening Criteria Experience in architecting large-scale ServiceNow programs (multi-module) Strong CMDB/CSDM and integration architecture experience Must have hands-on design + governance experience (not just high-level architect)

Required Skills:-

• 10+ years of IT experience with minimum 7+ years in ServiceNow CMDB architecture
• Strong expertise in: • ServiceNow CMDB & CSDM (Common Service Data Model) – end-to-end adoption
 • CI class modeling, service modeling, and dependency mapping
• Proven experience in:
 • Large-scale CMDB implementations / transformation programs
• CMDB data cleanup, normalization, and governance frameworks • Deep hands-on expertise in: • Identification & Reconciliation Engine (IRE)
• CI Identification rules, Data source precedence, reconciliation strategies • Strong understanding of CMDB Data Quality Management:
• Completeness, correctness, compliance, duplication control
• CMDB health dashboards and KPIs
