Job Description

Key Responsibilities
• Own end-to-end delivery of enterprise technical integration and transformation projects from requirements through go-live.
• Translate customer use cases and business requirements into practical, scalable technology and integration solutions.
• Drive solution design, configuration, API/SDK integrations and technical implementation in collaboration with internal technology, engineering and delivery teams.
• Act as the primary technical SPOC for customers, managing communication, expectations, dependencies, risks, issues and escalations.
• Own project plans, milestones, dependencies, resource coordination and delivery governance to ensure timelines and commitments are met.
• Lead technical discussions covering REST APIs, SDKs, JSON/XML, cloud environments, data flows and system integrations.
• Coordinate and oversee SIT/UAT, defect resolution, deployment readiness and production golive.
• Proactively identify technical and delivery risks, remove blockers and drive timely resolution across internal and external teams.
• Build trusted relationships with enterprise stakeholders and ensure solutions remain aligned to customer objectives and technology capabilities.
• Apply strong understanding of SDLC, system architecture, SaaS platforms and enterprise integration patterns to troubleshoot complex scenarios and drive resolution.
• Demonstrate strong ownership, structured problem-solving, communication and stakeholdermanagement skills, with the ability to operate independently in a fast-paced environment.
Ideal Candidate Profile
 • 8+ years of relevant experience in technical project/program management, enterprise technology implementations, digital transformation or related roles.
 • Prior experience in SaaS/API/SDK-led enterprise implementations and technology integration projects is strongly preferred.
• Strong understanding of SDLC, system architecture, SaaS platforms and enterprise integration patterns, with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical scenarios.
 • Working technical knowledge of REST APIs, SDKs, JSON/XML, cloud environments, data flows and system integrations.
• Proven ability to manage customer-facing projects with multiple stakeholders, dependencies, risks, issues and escalations.
• Strong project planning, milestone tracking, resource coordination and delivery governance skills, with a consistent focus on meeting timelines and commitments.
• Ability to translate customer business requirements and use cases into practical, scalable technology solutions while maintaining alignment with customer objectives.
• Excellent communication, structured problem-solving, stakeholder management and independent ownership skills, with the ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced environment. Qualifications
