Job Description

What we’re looking for

• 1-2 years of relevant experience in UI/UX, graphic design or a role combining both.

• A portfolio demonstrating both digital interface design and graphic design, with clear explanations of your contribution.

• Proficiency in Figma, including Auto Layout, components and prototyping.

• Working knowledge of Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop, or equivalent tools.

• Strong fundamentals in typography, visual hierarchy, spacing, colour and composition.

• An understanding of responsive design, usability and basic accessibility principles.

• The ability to simplify complex information into clear, usable designs.

• Attention to detail, reliable execution and openness to feedback.

Good to have

• Experience designing for fintech, SaaS or other products with complex workflows.

• Exposure to design systems, user research or developer handoffs.

• Basic motion graphics, video editing or illustration skills
