Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze business and technical requirements to create comprehensive test scenarios and test cases
• Perform manual testing of web and/or mobile applications
• Execute various testing types including functional, regression, smoke, and sanity testing
• Identify, document, and track defects using tools such as JIRA or Bugzilla
• Validate bug fixes and conduct re-testing to ensure issue resolution
• Collaborate with developers, product managers, and stakeholders to ensure high-quality deliverables
• Participate in requirement discussions and provide QA insights and feedback
• Perform API testing using tools like Postman or similar (preferred)
• Ensure adherence to established QA processes, standards, and best practices

Required Skills & Qualifications

Core Skills

• 4+ years of experience in Manual Testing
• Strong understanding of SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) and STLC (Software Testing Life Cycle)
• Experience in Travel domain is MUST
• Exposure to Automation testing and  Performance testing  - BrowserStack ,Selenium, JMeter
• Hands-on experience in test case design and execution
• Experience with defect tracking tools such as JIRA or Bugzilla
• Solid understanding of functional and regression testing methodologies
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills

Good to Have (Preferred Skills)

• Experience in API Testing (Postman, Swagger, REST APIs)
• Basic knowledge of SQL and database testing
• Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies
• Understanding of automation testing concepts (added advantage)
