Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain robust, scalable, and high-performance web applications using React.js
• Design and implement reusable UI components and front-end libraries
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, design, and backend teams
• Optimize components for maximum performance across various devices and browsers
• Ensure code quality through best practices, code reviews, and testing
• Integrate RESTful APIs and third-party services
• Contribute to architectural decisions and implement design patterns
• Troubleshoot and debug complex technical issues
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies

Required Skills & Qualifications

Core Technical Skills

• Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), object-oriented programming, and DOM manipulation
• In-depth knowledge of React.js and its core principles (JSX, Virtual DOM, component lifecycle)
• Hands-on experience with Redux or similar state management libraries
• Experience with Flux architecture and modern front-end workflows
• Strong understanding of data structures and algorithms

Frontend & UI Skills

• Expertise in HTML5, CSS3, and responsive design
• Proficiency in Flexbox layout model
• Experience with CSS frameworks like Bootstrap or Foundation
• Knowledge of CSS preprocessors such as SASS or LESS

Tools & Technologies

• Experience with version control systems like Git or SVN
• Familiarity with build tools such as Grunt, Gulp, or Bower
• Understanding of RESTful APIs and/or GraphQL
• Experience with Node.js and NPM ecosystem
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
• Exposure to testing frameworks such as Mocha or similar

Architecture & Design

• Strong understanding of design patterns
• Experience working with MVC architecture
