2. Subscription Cancellation
Monthly Subscriptions: You may cancel your subscription at any time. However, cancellations made more than 2 days into the billing period will not be eligible for a refund. Your service will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle.
Annual Subscriptions: If you cancel your annual subscription within the first 2 days of purchase, you are eligible for a full refund. After the 2-day period, no refunds will be issued, but your subscription will remain active until the end of the paid period.
3. Refunds
Refunds are only applicable under the following conditions:
A technical issue on our end that significantly affects the usage of our platform and cannot be resolved within a reasonable time.
Mistaken charges due to billing errors.
